When I was two years old, my mother and I moved to New York City from Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico. We traded pristine beaches and lush green mountains for the rough concrete avenues of the Bronx, and I quickly fell in love with the streets. New York infused in me the character development that only the hood can teach a young mind, and surviving the Bronx is a badge I wear proudly. The Bronx has dramatically influenced the world in many ways, and its rich, rugged history has shaped me into the storyteller I am today. As the Bronx experiences a revival, my goal is to continue adding to its Bada$$ lore.
